Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 3/4 cup taco sauce
- 15 ounce can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 14.5 ounce fire-roasted tomatoes
- 1 cup frozen corn kernels
- 2 cups frozen onion and bell pepper mix
- 1 cup beef or chicken broth
- 3/4 cup Daisy Sour Cream
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced green onions
- 1/2 tomato, chopped

Directions
- Cook the ground beef in a 3-quart nonstick saucepan or Dutch oven over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes or until thoroughly cooked, stirring frequently; drain.
- Stir in the black beans, tomatoes, corn, onion and pepper mix, and chicken broth. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until thoroughly heated and the vegetables are tender.
- Top each serving with a dollop of sour cream, shredded cheese, diced green onions and chopped tomatoes.
