  1. Gently toss the grapes with the olive oil. Layer the grapes in an oven-safe pan and place under the broiler until the grapes just start to plump and slightly brown.
  2. Remove from the pan, cool slightly and then slice the grapes in half.
  3. Layer the toast with the cottage cheese and sliced grapes. Sprinkle with the thyme leaves.
