Directions
- Gently toss the grapes with the olive oil. Layer the grapes in an oven-safe pan and place under the broiler until the grapes just start to plump and slightly brown.
- Remove from the pan, cool slightly and then slice the grapes in half.
- Layer the toast with the cottage cheese and sliced grapes. Sprinkle with the thyme leaves.
