Ingredients

  • 2 9 to 10 ounce packages refrigerated pumpkin ravioli
  • 10 ounce container refrigerated Alfredo sauce
  • 1/2 cup Daisy Cottage Cheese
  • 1/4 cup canned pure pumpkin
  • 2 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh sage

Ingredients

  • 2 9 to 10 ounce packages refrigerated pumpkin ravioli
  • 10 ounce container refrigerated Alfredo sauce
  • 1/2 cup Daisy Cottage Cheese
  • 1/4 cup canned pure pumpkin
  • 2 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh sage

Directions

  1. Cook the ravioli according to the package directions and drain.
  2. Meanwhile, whisk the Alfredo sauce, cottage cheese and pumpkin in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a gentle boil. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and sage. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes or until hot. (If desired, carefully blend the sauce with a hand blender or blender until smooth.)
  3. Spoon the sauce over the ravioli. Garnish as desired and serve.
