Prepare the shells according to the package directions; drain.
Meanwhile, combine the cheeses, egg and spices in a medium bowl.
Spread half of the pasta sauce on bottom of a 13x9 inch baking dish.
Spoon the cheese mixture into the cooked shells. Arrange the shells snuggly in the baking dish. Cover with foil that has been sprayed with cooking spray, sprayed side down.
Bake the shells for 35 to 45 minutes or until the filling is set. Garnish with additional fresh chopped parsley if desired. Serve with remaining warmed pasta sauce.
