Ingredients
- 20 mini bell peppers
- 1/2 cup Daisy Cottage Cheese
- 1/2 cup garlic and herbed cream cheese
- 1 1/2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/8 teaspoon salt

Directions
- Slice the tops off the bell peppers. Remove the seeds and veins. Combine all of the remaining ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth.
- Place the mixture in heavy re-sealable plastic bag. Cut off the corner and pipe the cheese mixture into the bell peppers. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Garnish as desired.
