Ingredients

  • 16 ounces cooked nopalitos, drained and diced
  • 8 ounces canned or fresh toasted chili, diced
  • 16 ounces canned tomatillos, drained
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 4 canned chipotle peppers, finely diced
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 cup finely chopped white onion
  • 3/4 cup Daisy Sour Cream

Directions

  1. Combine the nopalitos, chili, tomatillos, cilantro, chipotle peppers, salt, and white onion in a medium bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  2. Serve with a dollop of sour cream per serving.
