Directions

  1. Mix graham crackers with melted butter and then set aside.
  2. Puree Daisy Cottage Cheese and vanilla in a food processor until completely smooth (approximately 1 minute).
  3. Add white baking chips to a microwave safe container, then microwave at 30 second intervals until just melted (approximately 1 ½ minutes).
  4. Pour blended cottage cheese mixture into a medium mixing bowl and then use a rubber spatula to gently fold-in melted white baking chips (make sure the chocolate is warm to achieve a uniform color). .
  5. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of a dessert jar.
  6. Scoop ¼ cup of cottage cheese cheesecake filling on top and smooth with the back of a spoon.
  7. Sprinkle 1 more tablespoon of the graham cracker mixture on top and then top with 1/3 of a lid of peach compote.
  8. Scoop another ¼ cup of cottage cheese cheesecake filling on top and then add another 1/3 of a lid of peach compote.
  9. Repeat process with remaining dessert jars. Chill for 2 hours and then serve.
