Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons salted butter, melted
  • 4 ounce white chocolate baking bar
  • 1 1/4 cups Daisy Cottage Cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup raspberries, frozen
  • small dollop whipped cream (optional)

Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons salted butter, melted
  • 4 ounce white chocolate baking bar
  • 1 1/4 cups Daisy Cottage Cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup raspberries, frozen
  • small dollop whipped cream (optional)

Directions

  1. Mix graham crackers with melted butter and then set aside.
  2. Break white chocolate baking bar into smaller pieces, then place in a microwave safe container, then microwave at 30 second intervals until just melted (approximately 1 ½ minutes).
  3. Puree Daisy Cottage Cheese, melted white chocolate and vanilla in a food processor until completely smooth (approximately 1 minute).
  4. Add frozen raspberries and puree for an additional 15 seconds.
  5. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of a dessert jar.
  6. Scoop ½ cup of cottage cheese cheesecake filling on top and smooth with the back of a spoon.
  7. Sprinkle 1 more tablespoon of the graham cracker mixture on top. Garnish with fresh raspberries and whipped cream if desired.
  8. Repeat process with remaining dessert jars. Chill for 2 hours and then serve.
