Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 baking potatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1/2 cup Daisy Sour Cream
- 1/4 cup snipped fresh chives
Ingredients

- 4 baking potatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1/2 cup Daisy Sour Cream
- 1/4 cup snipped fresh chives
Directions
- Heat the oven to 400 degrees. Line a large rimmed baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the oil, seasoned salt and pepper. Slice the potatoes into 1/2-inch thick slices and stir into the oil mixture until coated. Place the potatoes in a single layer on the baking pan. Bake for 40 minutes, turning halfway through baking, or until tender and browned.
- Sprinkle with the cheese and bacon over the potato slices. Bake for 1 to 2 minutes longer or until the cheese melts.
- Dollop each potato slice with the sour cream and sprinkle with chives.
