Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 baking potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1/2 cup Daisy Sour Cream
  • 1/4 cup snipped fresh chives

Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon

Directions

  1. Heat the oven to 400 degrees. Line a large rimmed baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the oil, seasoned salt and pepper.
  3. Slice the potatoes into 1/2-inch thick slices and stir into the oil mixture until coated. Place the potatoes in a single layer on the baking pan.
  4. Bake for 40 minutes, turning halfway through baking, or until tender and browned.
  5. Divide the cheese and bacon among potato slices. Bake for 1 to 2 minutes longer or until the cheese melts.
  6. Dollop each potato slice with the sour cream and sprinkle with chives.
