Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Daisy Sour Cream
  • 1/4 cup apricot or peach preserves
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon dried tarragon leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups diced cooked turkey
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1 medium crisp red apple, diced
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion

Ingredients

Directions

  1. In large bowl, combine sour cream, preserves, mustard, and tarragon. Mix well.
  2. Fold in remaining ingredients except lettuce leaves. If desired, serve on lettuce leaves.
