3 cloves garlic, sliced
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
3 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons tahini

Directions
Place all of the ingredients except for the sour cream in a food processor; process for 20 seconds or until smooth. Add the sour cream. Process the mixture for an additional 10 seconds or until smooth and creamy.
Serve with pita chips or veggies.
