  • 15 ounce can chickpeas (garbanzo beans), drained
  • 3 cloves garlic, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons tahini
  • 1/2 cup Daisy Sour Cream

Directions

  1. Place all of the ingredients except for the sour cream in a food processor; process for 20 seconds or until smooth. Add the sour cream. Process the mixture for an additional 10 seconds or until smooth and creamy.
  2. Serve with pita chips or veggies.
