Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole milk ricotta
  • 1 cup Daisy Light Sour Cream
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo wing sauce
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese dressing
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 3 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Colby Jack cheese

Ingredients

  • 3 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Colby Jack cheese

Directions

  1. Heat the oven to 350 degrees. Coat a 4-cup baking dish or pie plate with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Combine the ricotta cheese and 1/2 cup sour cream in a large bowl. Stir in wing sauce, dressing, celery, green onions and chicken.
  3. Spoon into a baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the mixture is starting to bubble around the edges. Cool for 5 minutes and then top with the remaining sour cream.
  5. Serve with your favorite dippers.
