Ingredients
- 1 cup whole milk ricotta
- 1 cup Daisy Light Sour Cream
- 1/2 cup Buffalo wing sauce
- 1/4 cup blue cheese dressing
- 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 3 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Colby Jack cheese
Ingredients
- 1 cup whole milk ricotta

- 1/2 cup Buffalo wing sauce
- 1/4 cup blue cheese dressing
- 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 3 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Colby Jack cheese
Directions
- Heat the oven to 350 degrees. Coat a 4-cup baking dish or pie plate with nonstick cooking spray.
- Combine the ricotta cheese and 1/2 cup sour cream in a large bowl. Stir in wing sauce, dressing, celery, green onions and chicken.
- Spoon into a baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the mixture is starting to bubble around the edges.
- Cool for 5 minutes and then top with the remaining sour cream. Serve with your favorite dippers.
