Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed salad greens
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1/2 cup blackberries
  • 1 kiwi, sliced
  • 1/4 cup crumbled Feta cheese
  • 1 cup Daisy Cottage Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon toasted slivered almonds
  • 1/4 cup poppy seed salad dressing

Directions

  1. Layer the salad greens in a large bowl.
  2. Add the berries and sliced kiwi.
  3. Sprinkle with the Feta
  4. Top with the cottage cheese and sprinkle with the slivered almonds.
  5. Add the poppy seed dressing or serve on the side.
