Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped Cremini mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onion
  • 2 tablespoons chopped oil-packed sun dried tomatoes
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tablespoon all purpose flour
  • 1 cup Daisy Light Sour Cream
  • 8 ounce package 1/3-less-fat cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Asiago cheese

Directions

  1. In a 10-inch nonstick skillet, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the mushrooms, green onions, tomatoes and garlic. Cook for 3 minutes or until tender, stirring frequently.
  2. Reduce the heat to low. Stir the flour into the sour cream. Stir the sour cream into the vegetable mixture; heat until bubbly. Stir in the cream cheese and Asiago cheese.
  3. Cook until the cheese is melted and the mixture is thoroughly heated.
