Ingredients
- 12 ounce package taco-seasoned cooked crumbled ground beef
- 3/4 cup beer
- 1 pound pasteurized processed cheese product, cut in 1-inch cubes
- 15 ounce can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 14.5 ounce can fire roasted diced tomatoes, drained
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup Daisy Sour Cream
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/3 cup finely chopped red onion

Directions
- Combine the beef and beer in a large saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat. Boil for 3 to 4 minutes or until the beer is reduced by half, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in the cheese product and cook on medium-low heat until melted, stirring frequently.
- Stir in all the remaining ingredients. Heat over medium heat until warm.
- Garnish as desired.
