Ingredients
- 1 cup Daisy Sour Cream
- 12 ounces lemon custard yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons crystallized ginger, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups fresh cut chunk pineapple, drained
- 11 ounces Mandarin oranges, drained
- 2 cups whole red or green grapes
- 2 pounds cooked chicken breasts
- 2 cups finely chopped jicama
- 12 green onions, sliced

- 12 ounces lemon custard yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons crystallized ginger, chopped

Directions
- Blend the sour cream, yogurt, lemon juice, lemon zest, ginger, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Toss the remaining ingredients together in a large bowl. Fold in the sour cream dressing mixture.
- Chill overnight before serving to let flavors blend, if desired.
