Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup Daisy Sour Cream
- 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup Daisy Sour Cream
- 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
Directions
- Cream the butter and sugar together in a large bowl. Add the egg and continue creaming until light in color.
- Mix the flour, baking soda, nutmeg, cinnamon and salt together in a separate bowl. Add the flour mixture alternately with sour cream to the creamed butter and sugar mixture. Stir in the pecans.
- Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls on cookie sheet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Spray a flat-bottomed drinking glass with nonstick cooking spray; dip in sugar. Press the glass on each cookie to flatten, dipping in sugar as needed.
- Bake on middle oven rack at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
