Ingredients

  • 10 ounce pre-made thin pizza crust
  • 1/3 cup taco sauce
  • 1 cup cubed rotisserie chicken
  • 1/2 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/3 cup frozen corn, thawed
  • 1 medium tomato, chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped bell peppers (orange, red, yellow, or green)
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 1 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 3/4 cup Daisy Sour Cream

Directions

  1. Heat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Place the pizza crust on a baking sheet. Spread with the taco sauce, layer with chicken, black beans, corn, tomato, onion and bell pepper. Sprinkle with the cheese. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the crust is crispy.
  3. Top pizza with cilantro, avocado and sour cream. Cut into wedges and serve.
