In a large saucepan, cook the turkey over medium-high heat for 7 to 9 minutes or until no longer pink, stirring to break up the meat. Stir in the onion, bell pepper, cumin, chili powder, paprika and salt. Cook for 3 minutes. Stir in the beans, tomato sauce and tomatoes. Bring the chili to a boil.
Reduce the heat and simmer uncovered for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Top with your favorite chili toppers such as diced onions and cheese. Garnish each serving with the sour cream.
