Ingredients

  • 15 ounce can pure pumpkin
  • 1 cup Daisy Cottage Cheese
  • 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 1/2 cups sweetened whipped topping
  • 1 1/2 cups slightly crushed granola

Ingredients

  • 15 ounce can pure pumpkin
  • 1 cup Daisy Cottage Cheese
  • 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 1/2 cups sweetened whipped topping
  • 1 1/2 cups slightly crushed granola

Directions

  1. In the bowl of a food processor, process the pumpkin, cottage cheese, brown sugar and spice for 30 seconds or until blended.
  2. Layer 1/4 cup of the pumpkin mixture, 2 tablespoons of the whipped topping and 2 tablespoons of the granola in each of 6 parfait glasses; repeating the layers.
  3. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to 4 hours.
