Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons dry bread crumbs
- 1 cup egg substitute
- 3/4 cup skim milk
- 1/2 cup Daisy Light Sour Cream
- 1 tablespoon snipped fresh chives
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup low fat shredded Swiss cheese
- 2 tablespoons cooked bacon pieces

- 3/4 cup skim milk
- 1/2 cup Daisy Light Sour Cream

- 1 cup low fat shredded Swiss cheese
- 2 tablespoons cooked bacon pieces
Directions
- Heat the oven to 350 degrees. Generously spray a 9-inch pie plate with cooking spray. Sprinkle the pie plate with the breadcrumbs; tilt the plate to coat all surfaces.
- Combine the egg substitute, milk, sour cream, chives, and pepper in a medium bowl; whisk until blended.
- Sprinkle 3/4 cup of the cheese in the bottom of the pie plate; carefully pour the egg mixture over the cheese. Bake the quiche for 28 to 33 minutes or until it is puffed and set.
- Sprinkle the top with the remaining cheese and the bacon pieces. Let the quiche stand for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
