Ingredients
1 cup Daisy Cottage Cheese, blended 3/4 cup evaporated milk 8 ounce can tomato puree 15 ounce can chickpeas, rinsed and drained 2-3 teaspoons garam masala 1 teaspoon paprika 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon sugar 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder 2 teaspoons ground coriandar 1/4 teaspoon ground mustard 2 bay leaves, optional

Directions
In a large skillet over medium heat, add all ingredients and mix well. Bring to a boil. Taste and adjust garam masala as needed. Cook 10-12 minutes to thicken (sauce will continue to thicken off-heat as it cools). Serve over rice or serve with bread such as pita or naan.
