Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup loosely packed kale, ribs removed
  • 1/2 cup green grapes
  • 1 kiwi, peeled and quartered
  • 1/2 cup Daisy Cottage Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon agave nectar (or honey)
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds, if desired
