Ingredients
- 2 pears, peeled and sliced
- 2 apples, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 cup red grapes
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 2 tablespoons butter, cut in cubes
- 3/4 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/2 cup quartered strawberries
- 1 cup Daisy Cottage Cheese

Directions
- Heat the oven to 375 degrees. Coat a 6 to 8 cup shallow baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Layer the pears, apples, pineapple and grapes in a baking dish.
- Combine the sugar, cinnamon, cardamom and allspice in a small bowl. Sprinkle over the fruit. Drizzle with the orange juice and dot with the butter. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until the fruit is almost tender.
- Sprinkle with the raspberries and strawberries. Continue baking for 10 to 15 minutes or until the fruit is tender.
- Serve warm or at room temperature topped with the cottage cheese. Sprinkle with additional cinnamon if desired.
