Ingredients

  • 2 cups Daisy Cottage Cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheese, such as Monterey Jack or Colby Jack
  • 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
  • 4 ounce can green chiles
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons diced jalapeno, divided
  • 1 cup pico de gallo, divided
  • 3 dahses hot sauce or to taste

  • 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
  • 4 ounce can green chiles
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons diced jalapeno, divided
  • 1 cup pico de gallo, divided
  • 3 dahses hot sauce or to taste

Directions

  1. Blend the cottage cheese in a blender or food processor until smooth. Mix cottage cheese, shredded cheese, taco seasoning, green chiles, 1 teaspoon diced jalapeno, ½ cup pico de gallo, and hot sauce in a microwave safe bowl.
  2. Microwave in 30 second intervals until melted stirring between each round.
  3. Once melted, sprinkle top with remaining pico de gallo and jalapenos.
  4. Serve with your favorite dippers.
