Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup cucumber ribbons or cubes
  • 1/2 cup chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • 1/4 cup yellow bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup mixed greens
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2/3 cup Daisy Cottage Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Za'atar seasoning
  • salt and cracked black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup garlic sauce, optional

Directions

  1. Arrange vegetables around edges of large bowl.
  2. Top with cottage cheese. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with Za’atar.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle with garlic sauce, if desired.
