I love this! Eat it 3 to 4 times a week, never thought to add vanilla though! For breakfast, lunch, or dinner; with or without fruit but always Daisy Brand Cottage cheese
The ingredients seemed too simple to be this good. I was certain some type of sweetener would be necessary but I was wrong. Somehow the cinnamon and vanilla combine with the cottage cheese to make the perfect sweetness for the fruit. I used blueberries instead of peaches because that is what I had on hand. It was delicious. I added chopped walnuts on top as a garnish. This recipe is a keeper. Great for quick dessert. Could see this easily adapted for breakfast as well. Yum.
