Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound precooked sausage of your choice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 pound potato gnocchi
  • 1 cup pasta sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups Daisy Cottage Cheese, blended
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray a 2-quart casserole dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Mix sausage, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, gnocchi, and marinara. Spread half into casserole dish.
  3. Top with the blended cottage cheese and then top with the remaining gnocchi mixture.
  4. Sprinkle with mozzarella and parmesan and bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese has melted and edges are bubbly.
