Ingredients
- 1/2 pound precooked sausage of your choice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 pound potato gnocchi
- 1 cup pasta sauce
- 1 1/2 cups Daisy Cottage Cheese, blended
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray a 2-quart casserole dish with nonstick spray.
- Mix sausage, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, gnocchi, and marinara. Spread half into casserole dish.
- Top with the blended cottage cheese and then top with the remaining gnocchi mixture.
- Sprinkle with mozzarella and parmesan and bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese has melted and edges are bubbly.
