Ingredients

  • 1 pound potato gnocchi
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen broccoli
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 1/2 cups Daisy Cottage Cheese, blended
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray a 2-quart casserole dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Mix gnocchi, chicken, and broccoli. Season with salt & pepper.
  3. Stir in the blended cottage cheese and pour into casserole dish. Top with shredded cheese and parmesan.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese has melted and edges are bubbly.
