Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole milk ricotta
  • 1 cup Daisy Light Sour Cream
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo wing sauce
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese dressing
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 3 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Colby Jack cheese

Ingredients

  • 3 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Colby Jack cheese

Directions

  1. Heat the oven to 350 degrees. Coat a 4-cup baking dish or pie plate with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Combine the ricotta cheese and 1/2 cup sour cream in a large bowl. Stir in wing sauce, dressing, celery, green onions, and chicken. Spoon into a baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
  3. Bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the mixture is starting to bubble around the edges.
  4. Cool for 5 minutes and then top with the remaining sour cream. Serve with your favorite dippers.
