Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Daisy Cottage Cheese
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 3 tablespoons buttermilk
- 4 large iceberg lettuce wedges
- 3 strips cooked bacon, chopped
- 2 radishes, sliced
- 3 tablespoons sliced green onions
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Daisy Cottage Cheese
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 3 tablespoons buttermilk
- 4 large iceberg lettuce wedges
- 3 strips cooked bacon, chopped
- 2 radishes, sliced
- 3 tablespoons sliced green onions
Directions
- Combine the cottage cheese, blue cheese, and buttermilk in a food processor. Pulse until smooth.
- Spoon over the lettuce wedges.
- Sprinkle with the bacon, radishes and green onions.
- Sprinkle with additional blue cheese if desired.
