Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon dry ranch dip mix
  • 1 cup Daisy Sour Cream
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked
  • 1 whole chopped avocado
  • 1 whole tomato, chopped
  • 8 pieces lettuce
  • 4 6-inch flour tortilla
  • salt and pepper to taste

    Avocado vs. Air: Rub 1 tablespoon of olive oil onto exposed flesh of avocado to keep it from turning brown once exposed to air.

Directions

  1. Place the dip mix, sour cream, lime juice, and a pinch of pepper into a bowl and whisk. Set aside.
  2. Place two leaves of lettuce into each tortilla. Add two slices of bacon, ¼ of the avocado cubes, ¼ of the tomato seasoned with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  3. Spoon ¼ of the sour cream ranch dressing onto each and fold to form wraps.
