Ingredients

  • 1 apple, sliced in rounds
  • 4 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 4 tablespoons Daisy Cottage Cheese
  • 4 teaspoons mini chocolate chips
  • 2 teaspoons toasted coconut
  • 2 teaspoons cashews

Directions

Spread each apple slice with the peanut butter. Top each with a tablespoon of cottage cheese and sprinkle with chocolate chips, coconut and cashews.
