- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line large baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside fruit tops from cottage cheese packages.
- Blend cottage cheese, eggs, powdered sugar, vanilla, and whey protein. Pour into pan.
- Top with dollops of blueberry compote and swirl with a knife. Bake 50 minutes.
- Cool until room temperature. Refrigerate overnight to set before slicing.
