Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3 tablespoons Daisy Cottage Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 1 teaspoon chocolate chips

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons Daisy Cottage Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

Directions

  1. Spray bottom of microwave-safe mug with nonstick spray.
  2. Whisk flour, protein powder, cocoa powder, and baking powder together until well mixed.
  3. Add cottage cheese, maple syrup, and canola oil. Blend until completely smooth (batter will be thick). Place in mug and smooth top. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
  4. Cook on high in microwave, about 60 seconds, until the cake is just set but still barely shiny on top. Allow to rest in microwave 1 minute and enjoy.
