Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds multicolored cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup fresh basil, sliced
- 2 cups Daisy Cottage Cheese
- 3 tablespoons balsamic glaze

Directions
- Sprinkle tomatoes with salt and pepper. Chill 10 minutes and then drain.
- Add olive oil and basil. Toss gently to combine.
- Spoon cottage cheese over tomatoes and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
