3 slices cheese (such as American, cheddar, or Colby Jack)
1/4 cup shredded lettuce
1/4 cup diced tomatoes
1/4 cup dill pickle chips
Directions
Mix the ranch dip and the sriracha sauce. Set aside.
Spray a large, heavy-duty griddle with nonstick spray (off heat).
Portion the meat into 3 balls. Press thinly onto one side of the tortillas. Season with salt and pepper, if desired. Place beef-side down onto the griddle, set over medium-high heat. Cook 3-4 minutes or until browned.
Flip meat-side up and top with the cheese. Reduce heat to low and cook for 1 minute.
Remove from the heat and top with lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles. Drizzle with the ranch-sriracha sauce, fold and enjoy.
