Ingredients

  • 8 ounces bite-sized dried pasta
  • 1/2 cup Daisy Cottage Cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 cup finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon cracked black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces bite-sized dried pasta
  • 1/2 cup Daisy Cottage Cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 cup finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon cracked black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Directions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package directions.
  2. Combine the cottage cheese, milk, melted butter, cornstarch, cheddar cheese, and seasonings in a blender. Blend until completely smooth.
  3. Pour the cheese sauce into a skillet and heat over medium-low heat. Cook for 4-5 minutes until the sauce has thickened slightly, stirring often.
  4. Drain the pasta and stir into the cheese sauce.
  5. Add additional seasoning to taste if desired.
