1/4 cup plus 2 teaspoons crushed peppermint candies
1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
3 drops red food coloring (if desired)
In a medium microwave-able bowl, heat the white chocolate chips and sour cream at 70% power for 1 minute. Stir. Microwave in additional 15 second increments, stirring until smooth.
Beat in the marshmallow fluff with a whisk or an electric mixer on low speed until blended. Stir in ¼ cup candy, the extract and food coloring. Spoon into serving bowl and sprinkle with the remaining crushed candy. Serve with fruit or your favorite dippers.
