- 1 1/2 cups 1% milk
- 1 cup Daisy Cottage Cheese
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder, sifted
- 1 teaspoon micro-ground instant coffee
- Blend all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor, scraping the bowl occasionally, until blended. Scoop about 1/2 cup of the mixture into 8 molds.
- Tap the molds gently on the counter to eliminate air pockets. Freeze the molds for at least 3 hours or until frozen. *Optional: paper cups and wooden sticks can be used instead of a mold.
