Season meat with salt and pepper. Cook in a large skillet until no longer pink. Remove any excess liquid. Reserve ½ cup marinara. Add remainder to skillet and stir. Set aside.
Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package instructions and drain. Place in a large bowl with butter and reserved ½ cup marinara and toss to combine.
Combine cream cheese, dip, and cottage cheese.
Spread half the pasta into the bottom of a 9x13” pan. Smooth cheese mixture on top. Top with remaining pasta. Add meat sauce evenly and top with cheese.
Bake 30-40 minutes, until hot and bubbly. If cheese begins to brown too quickly, tent with foil for remainder of cooking time. Remove and rest for 15 minutes before serving.
