Ingredients
- 1 cup Daisy Cottage Cheese
- 1 mango, peeled, pitted, and cubed
- 2 teaspoons grated fresh gingerroot
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon toasted, chopped macadamia nuts
- 1 tablespoon toasted coconut

Directions
- In a bowl of a food processor, blend the cottage cheese, mango, gingerroot and honey until well blended and creamy. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate up to 24 hours.
- To serve, spoon the mixture into 2 dessert dishes. Top with the toasted chopped nuts and toasted coconut.
