Spread the cottage cheese mixture. Top with the zucchini, tomato, onion, and bell pepper; sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese.
Bake the flatbread for 15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
Sprinkle with the fresh basil right before serving.
