Ingredients
- 1 medium seedless cucumber, unpeeled, sliced 1/4-inch thick
- 1 1/2 cups cantaloupe balls
- 1 1/2 cups cubed watermelon
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cider vinegar
- 1 cup Daisy Cottage Cheese
- 1 tablespoon sliced toasted almonds
Ingredients
- 1 medium seedless cucumber, unpeeled, sliced 1/4-inch thick
- 1 1/2 cups cantaloupe balls
- 1 1/2 cups cubed watermelon
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cider vinegar
- 1 cup Daisy Cottage Cheese
- 1 tablespoon sliced toasted almonds
Directions
- Using a cookie cutter, cut the cucumber into flower shapes.
- Combine the cucumber, cantaloupe, watermelon and mint in a large serving bowl. Stir the honey and vinegar in a small cup and drizzle over cucumber-melon mixture.
- Top with the cottage cheese and almonds.
