Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds baby potatoes, sliced in half
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1 cup Daisy Creamy Ranch Dip
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chopped dill

  • 1 1/2 pounds baby potatoes, sliced in half
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1 cup Daisy Creamy Ranch Dip
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chopped dill

Directions

  1. Place potatoes in a large pan. Cover in cold, heavily salted water until just covered. Bring to a boil and cook until potatoes are easily pierced with a knife (about 15-20 minutes). Drain and cool.
  2. Mix potatoes with remaining ingredients. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve (best served cold).
  3. Possible additions: diced onion, hardboiled eggs, and spicy mustard.
