Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly spray with nonstick spray.
- Drain cottage cheese. Spoon 1 1/2 tablespoons onto sheet, spacing apart. Slightly flatten and shape into rounds.
- Sprinkle with seasoning and bake in the middle of oven 20-25 minutes (don’t overbake).
- Cool 15 minutes. Chips will crisp more as they cool. Place chips in an air-tight container until ready to enjoy.
