Ingredients

  • 16.5 ounce roll refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough
  • 4 ounces very soft cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup Daisy Sour Cream
  • 1 cup quartered strawberries
  • 1 cup blueberries

Directions

Heat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 12-inch pizza pan with 1/2-inch rim with cooking spray. Crumble the cookie dough on the pan and press evenly down to form a crust. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth and fluffy. Beat in the sour cream on low speed. Spread over the cooled cookie crust. Top with strawberries and blueberries in a pretty pattern. Cover; refrigerate for 1 hour before cutting.

My family has made this every time we get together. It's one of my favorite desserts growing up and is what I made with the sour cream I received for review. You can add whatever fruit you want and can make any design. This is great if you have kids because they will have fun helping. Something I will continue to make.

The kids made this yummy dessert all by themselves. It was a great refreshing dessert. The sour cream was easy to squeeze and measure in the new squeeze container. We received a coupon to try the easy squeeze bottle for testing purposes and these opinions are my own.

I tried this recipe with regular sugar cookie dough and it was awesome!! Its super quick and such a easy bbq side! Everyone loved this recipe. I was fortunate enough to receive my daisy sour cream from #influenster for free for testing purposes! I think next time i will add more fruit!

This recipe was so easy to make. Easy to follow with simple ingredients. Didn't take long to make. It tasted amazing. This made it to the cycle of recipes we use and enjoy.
