Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 2 13.5 ounce cans diced fire roasted tomatoes
- 15.5 ounce can chili beans in sauce
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 6 cups small corn chips
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 3/4 cup Daisy Sour Cream

- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 3/4 cup Daisy Sour Cream
Directions
- Cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat for 5 to 7 minutes or until thoroughly cooked and no longer pink in the center, stirring frequently.
- Stir in the tomatoes, beans, chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper.
- Cover and simmer over low heat for 25 minutes or until thickened, stirring occasionally.
- Serve chili over a bed of corn chips. Top each serving with the cheese and onion. Dollop with the sour cream and serve.
