Directions
- Heat the oven to 425 degrees. Line a small, rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Arrange the bread on a baking sheet. Bake for 5 minutes; turn and continue baking for 2 to 3 minutes or until lightly toasted. Remove the bread.
- Place the blueberries on the pan. Bake for 5 minutes or until blueberries are hot and juicy but not burst.
- Meanwhile, combine the cottage cheese, lemon peel and nutmeg in a small bowl.
- Spoon the cottage cheese onto the toasted bread, top with the warm blueberries, and drizzle with honey.
