Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cup Daisy Cottage Cheese
- 1/4 cup skim milk
- 3 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon grated orange peel
- 6 cups angel food cake cubes
- 2 cups frozen fat-free whipped topping, thawed
- 3 cups sliced fresh strawberries
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/4 cup sliced toasted almonds

- 1 3/4 cup Daisy Cottage Cheese
- 1/4 cup skim milk
- 3 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon grated orange peel
- 6 cups angel food cake cubes
- 2 cups frozen fat-free whipped topping, thawed
- 3 cups sliced fresh strawberries
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/4 cup sliced toasted almonds
Directions
- Place the cottage cheese, milk, orange juice concentrate, vanilla, and orange peel in the bowl of a food processor.
- Process the mixture until thoroughly blended. In a 3-quart trifle bowl or other glass bowl, layer half of the cake pieces, cottage cheese mixture, whipped topping, strawberries, raspberries and blueberries, and then repeat the layers.
- Sprinkle the top with almonds.
- Refrigerate the trifle for at least 2 hours or until firm. Cover and refrigerate any remaining trifle after serving.
